Operation of a wine cellar. During a guided tasting you will learn about the work of a Moravian winemaker, see the production technology from the grape reception, through the pressing room, fermentation cellar, cellar for aging wines, bottling and storage areas of our winery.

Discover quality Moravian wines with a distinctive character. At Šabata Winery we specialize in the production of sparkling wines fermented in the traditional bottle method, as well as a range of batonnage, barrique and ice wines. In our e-shop you will find dry, semi-dry, semi-sweet and sweet wines.

I operate a wine cellar. I offer seating for 12 people with tasting of fine cask wines coupled with refreshments. You will find here varieties of Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Veltliner, Muscat of Moravia, St. Laurent, Frankincense, Rosé or Cuvee.
