My main approach is constellational, however, I also use other techniques (e.g. breathing, meditation, etc. ) in my individual work, which allows me to target your exact intention. I am a Peer Therapist and guide on the path of Recovery when encountering mental illness or other pains of the soul. I offer one-on-one Peer Counseling in the area of mental health, especially on the topic of anxiety-depressive experiences, but also on other topics related to our souls.

Stuttering therapy. Organizing new speech courses with the aim of eliminating stuttering. New Speaking Courses are dynamic training in fluent communication for people who suffer from stuttering. Together with practical training, they are able to replace stuttering with fluent speech.

I am a rhetoric lecturer, presenter, actor and stand up comedian. I offer semester-long public rhetoric courses, individual rhetoric courses and corporate rhetoric courses. In my courses I teach you to speak in a way that everyone can really hear and understand you. I also offer lectures, video tutorials and stand up performances.

Management training. Offer corporate and HR coaching and process management. We focus on timemanagement, how to manage stress, courses on effective communication, courses on negotiation and assertiveness and more.
