Form Factory is a modern fitness and gym for everyone. We offer workouts on modern machines and equipment for strength and cardio training, a functional zone, a wide range of group classes including Les Mills and professional facilities for healthy movement. Use the sauna for relaxation.

Modern sauna concept. 12 private sauna zones, 6 outdoor whirlpools and 6 cooling pools await you. We consistently pay attention to privacy, comfort and 100% clean and hygienic facilities for your undisturbed relaxation and peaceful sauna.

We operate a sauna centre. There is a Finnish sauna, tropical sauna, salt sauna, herbal sauna, sauna with steam impact and steam bath. We also offer sauna facials and ceremonies, a relaxation zone, a refreshing bar, showers with water misting, an ice well or a cooling pool.

We provide rehabilitation and regeneration services or sports physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. We offer classical and lymphatic massages, treat scoliosis and painful musculoskeletal conditions. We provide wellness services. We also operate a sauna and solarium.
