We are a small, friendly gym for everyone who wants to feel good in the gym. We offer workouts with a personal trainer. Our private Finnish sauna is the perfect place to relax for 4 - 6 people.

Operation of the guesthouse and sauna.

We operate a wellness center on the grounds of a golf club. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, whirlpool, salt bath, Kneipp walkway, steam room, sauna or solar meadow. We provide therapeutic and relaxing treatments such as massages, wraps, inhalations or baths. There is also a gym for clients.

You will find infrared, Finnish and steam sauna including tepidarium with sea climate, swimming pool with counter-current and whirlpool section. We offer swimming for children and babies. We provide sports and reconditioning body massage, relaxing oil and Indian anti-stress head massage including hairdressing and beauty services.

Finnish sauna can be found in another complex of sports facilities of the Sports Areas of Kladno. The sauna with a capacity of 40 people offers all visitors the opportunity to cool off in the outdoor pool. Clients can also use the changing room with lockers, refreshments in the buffet, hairdresser, beautician or masseur.

A real mine in a real log cabin. Steam bath according to historical Nordic rules. Experienced banshee (the one who creates the steam and atmosphere) and viennoiserie (oak and birch whisks) are a must. All this makes for a unique experience.
