I offer two apartments, located in Horní Vltavice in a cottage settlement in a quiet part of Sumava above the river Teplá Vltava and under the forest. It is adjacent (200m) to the ski area. A few meters behind the chalet there is a barrier and then only an asphalt road for pedestrians and cyclists. Suitable for children (sandpit, plastic house).

We operate an apartment house. Rooms have private bathroom with toilet, WiFi, TV and SAT, minibar. There is a lockable parking and a seating area with barbecue. Available to rent as a whole for 16 people including extra beds, also split into several 2 or 4 bed apartments. Ideal for parties or families with children.

The apartment with a balcony and a magical view of the valley is located directly between the Šumava ski slopes Kobyla and Churáňov. In summer you will appreciate the many hiking and cycling trails right outside. In winter, skiing and cross-country skiing trails a few metres from the house. Wi-Fi, parking, ski and bike room are a matter of course.

We offer year-round stays directly on the shores of Lake Lipno. There are apartments with kitchenette, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom. Use of the gym, boating club and ball fields on the beach.

We offer accommodation in four apartments. The apartments are equipped with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, bedroom and living room. You can also use the fireplace or the playground.

Year-round apartment rentals for 2 to 6 people in newly renovated apartments with self-catering facilities, bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi. Accommodation is 200m from the sandy beach, 30m from the shop and bus stop. The area is known as a cycling paradise. There is also a possibility of mushroom picking and relaxation in nature.
