The apartment with a balcony and a magical view of the valley is located directly between the Šumava ski slopes Kobyla and Churáňov. In summer you will appreciate the many hiking and cycling trails right outside. In winter, skiing and cross-country skiing trails a few metres from the house. Wi-Fi, parking, ski and bike room are a matter of course.

I offer two apartments, located in Horní Vltavice in a cottage settlement in a quiet part of Sumava above the river Teplá Vltava and under the forest. It is adjacent (200m) to the ski area. A few meters behind the chalet there is a barrier and then only an asphalt road for pedestrians and cyclists. Suitable for children (sandpit, plastic house).

Amazing holiday in Šumava. Each apartment contains two separate bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet and boiler. On the adjacent land there is a pergola, barbecue and fireplace. Wi-Fi and free parking.

We offer accommodation in four apartments. The apartments are equipped with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, bedroom and living room. You can also use the fireplace or the playground.
