The apartment with a balcony and a magical view of the valley is located directly between the Šumava ski slopes Kobyla and Churáňov. In summer you will appreciate the many hiking and cycling trails right outside. In winter, skiing and cross-country skiing trails a few metres from the house. I offer two apartments, located in Horní Vltavice in a cottage settlement in a quiet part of Sumava above the river Teplá Vltava and under the forest. It is adjacent (200m) to the ski area. A few meters behind the chalet there is a barrier and then only an asphalt road for pedestrians and cyclists. Suitable for children (sandpit, plastic house).
