In our studio we take care of the correct, physiotherapeutic execution of asanas. We focus on physical and relaxation exercises, or breathing techniques.

We offer the possibility of practicing yoga at your workplace. Especially suitable for employers who provide their employees with various types of benefits. We offer several types of exercises, from stretching with yoga elements to classical yoga or desk exercises.

We are a small family-run fitness company with a 20-year tradition. In our fitness you will find a gym and a cardio zone. The cardio zone has treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, stairs, AIR bike, rowing machine, ski, cross-country trainer (Skyerg), Matrix S-Drive. In the gym there are Technogym fitness machines.
