We are a small family-run fitness company with a 20-year tradition. In our fitness you will find a gym and a cardio zone. The cardio zone has treadmills, exercise bikes, steppers, stairs, AIR bike, rowing machine, ski, cross-country trainer (Skyerg), Matrix S-Drive. In the gym there are Technogym fitness machines.

Our studio specializes in quality yoga classes that promote physical and mental balance. We offer a variety of modalities including physio yoga, vinyasa, hatha yoga and restorative practices. With our instructors, you will learn proper movement habits and deepen your yoga practice.
