The studio is a joyful, non-competitive space for your yoga practice. It offers highly professional classes - vinyasa and power yoga, gentle yoga, yoga for a healthy back, yin yoga, yoga for beginners and advanced, gravid yoga, teen yoga, classes for seniors. The practice always respects the principles of healthy movement.

I guide people back to themselves through yoga, mindful and functional movement with overlap, meditation, cacao ceremonies and rituals of conscious touch. I create a kind and safe space for relaxation, calming and deeper connection with self. I offer group classes, workshops, retreats and individual guidance.
