We offer dynamic yoga classes focused on breath and mindfulness. We practice ashtanga vinyasa yoga, which teaches us to deepen our connection with ourselves. Each class includes a series of asanas, breathing techniques and relaxation.

I offer yoga courses, regular classes of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and Pranayama in Brno and Boskovice. I organize yoga stays. I have been practicing yoga for more than 20 years and teaching yoga for 14 years.
