Our instructors will guide you to enjoy each class to the fullest, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi.

We run a yoga studio. Our classes are for beginners, pregnant women, parents with children and advanced students.

Our studio offers yoga as a means of restoring life balance for everyone. In a pleasant atmosphere you can get inspired and relax. Our instructors are happy to help you find the right style and class for your needs. We welcome both beginners and advanced practitioners.

We practice yoga for our fitness. We practice yoga to eliminate back pain, to improve our proprioception, to remove blockages, to heal the arches of the feet and hands, to establish inner harmony.
