I offer yoga classes focused on healthy movement, back pain relief, stretching and strengthening the body. I teach group classes, gentle and dynamic yoga and I also do hormone yoga for women and immunity, pelvic floor yoga, facial yoga and online programs. My goal is to make yoga accessible to beginners.

The studio is dedicated to the practice of different types of yoga (gentle morning yoga, hatha yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, yoga not only for a healthy back, children's yoga or yoga for men).

Offering hot yoga classes and other classical styles of yoga. Children's studio, massage services and counseling (nutrition, Ayurveda, yoga therapy) are also part of our services. We offer training for new teachers and even internationally. Come up with new ideas, relax, unwind and find new friendships.
