We are a studio specializing in hot yoga - Hot Yoga. We practice in a comfortable environment and our instructors are mostly foreign experienced. Our hall is one of the few in the country heated by special INFRA equipment.

We run a fitness centre. There are 35 TechnoGym brand fitness machines, a bar and a trainer. We provide nutritional advice. We offer individual and circuit training, movement classes, TRX, yoga for mums-to-be, pilates or exercise for kids.

Offering gyne, lyengar and power yoga classes. Classes are aimed specifically for women. Classes are led by meticulously trained teachers who are prepared to thoroughly verbally guide and manually correct students in postures. There is a college educated physical therapist on staff.
