We have opened a new centre dedicated to yoga. Our studio has a pleasant environment and a friendly team. Everyone and at any age can practice with us. The studio is equipped with the latest technology. Video mapping will enhance your exercise experience even more.

I focus on an individual approach to nutrition and healthy lifestyle. We offer advice on food intolerances and intestinal discomfort. I also offer yoga classes.
