Our Body and Mind Studio offers group and private classes on Reformers that strengthen all muscle groups. We also organize yoga classes for adults and children, Pilates and Feldenkrais classes. The schedule includes these classes every day of the week, taught by certified experienced instructors.

Our studio is the only one to offer three different levels of hot classes. Choose the intensity that’s just right for your body right now. The warmer environment enhances the practice experience, promotes muscle relaxation and natural detoxification, and stimulates the heart and lymphatic system.

We offer a place to practice yoga (ashtanga), as well as engage in spiritual development and meet like-minded people.
