We are a yoga studio owned by Zuzana Drapalíková, a former soloist of the ballet of the State Opera and National Theatre in Prague and an experienced yoga teacher. We offer group or individual yoga lessons of different styles under the guidance of professional teachers. We look forward to seeing each of you.

Offer yoga workshops and seminars. They usually last longer than the traditional classes we attend during the week and there is often room for theory or philosophy related to the topic in addition to yoga techniques.

Whether you want to unwind, stay active or just relax, we offer a wide range of yoga and dance classes for adults and children. For babies you will find baby yoga, Montessori classes and music and movement workshops by the Altík group. We also offer art workshops for children.

I offer fortess workouts, funk hip hop, vinyasa yoga, power step, moon-step and wellness teams. I provide personal trainer services, prepare exercise and diet plans. I organize competitions and camps.
