Brewery Operations.

We are a small brewery brewing beer for the needs of our restaurant and guesthouse Markus. We continue the history of brewing beer in Frymburk, which dates from 1456 to 1921. We are happy to be able to renew this tradition after 104 years. We founded the microbrewery in 2025.

We run a brewery. We offer Golden Roe, Golden Roe and wheat or semi-dark beers. Specialty beers on the daily menu are IPA, Honey Deer and Porter.

Founded in 2018 by three beer enthusiasts, the brewery is a continuation of our long-standing home brewing tradition, which we have been doing since 1998.
