We produce traditional unpasteurized beers from quality ingredients. Water from our own deep wells, hops from our own hop farms in Polepské Blaty and malt from independent Moravian and Czech maltings. In our premises we offer brewery tours, accommodation in the castle hotel, shop and restaurant.

Experiential gifts are our main specialty. In our offer you can find for example free fall simulator, skid school, bungee jumping, sightseeing flights, tandem parachute jump, hummer car ride, flight simulators, tank ride, glider flight, sports cars, tandem paragliding and other experiences.

We bring you unique barley products. This local superfood was discovered 8,500 years ago. Already ancient gladiators or Tibetans got their amazing strength mainly from barley. All our products are produced locally only in the Czech Republic and also only in organic quality.
