We have preserved the traditional technology of Czech beer production, which our ancestors have been brewing for thousands of years. We offer beers made from quality hops, malt and pure water. If you are a lover of traditional Czech cuisine and first-class meat, you have come to the right place. You can delight your palate in our restaurant with a capacity of 200 seats inside and 150 seats outside under a covered pergola.

Operation of a microbrewery. Possibility to take PET and kegs.

The complex with its own production and sale of bottom-fermented beers, the complex also includes the Sladovna restaurant and the Kleis hotel, a craft bakery and a confectionery.

Production of Konrad beer and malt. We offer light, dark and special beers. In total, there are 14 types of beer on offer.

Kocour beer production. Our restaurant focuses primarily on Czech cuisine. We use our own vegetables, meat. During the year we organize various events, concerts, weddings, corporate parties, family celebrations and private parties. We offer the possibility of stylish accommodation in Vagon, in summer you can use the terrace.

We've been brewing our own beer since March 2015. You can also buy our beer to go in 1-liter PET bottles.

We brew classic Czech beer styles such as Czech lager (light and dark), but also IPA, APA, NEIPA, berliner weise, wheat, GRUIT and many others.

Podještěd Flying Brewery. This is where orders from our e-shop are picked up during the low season or outside the opening hours of our summer taproom.
