We operate a brewery.

The brewery is located in the Bohemian Paradise region and the local people produce beer for you in the traditional way, which has its tradition since 1850. You can taste for example our Skalák 11%.

Operation of the microbrewery.

We produce beer in the traditional way, classic bottom-fermented lager. Available in glass bottles, PET bottles, cans and kegs. We organize excursions for the public in Czech, English and German. Rooms available for seminars, company parties and other social events.

The brewery was put into operation in the summer of 2015. The main brand is Světoběžník JC - an unfiltered 12% pale lager.

We brew classic Czech beer styles such as Czech lager (light and dark), but also IPA, APA, NEIPA, berliner weise, wheat, GRUIT and many others.

You can enjoy perfectly poured beer from the Turnov Brewery, a selection of popsicles and ice cream, great coffee, and a variety of tasty light meals and snacks. Whether you’re setting out on a hike or just want to stop by for a while, you can relax here in a pleasant setting right below the Příhrazské Rocks.

Podještěd Flying Brewery. This is where orders from our e-shop are picked up during the low season or outside the opening hours of our summer taproom.

Our mission is to preserve and promote traditional brewing. We offer quality beer brewed according to historical recipes that reflect the rich tradition of our baroque brewery. We look forward to contributing to a unique experience for every beer lover with our products.
