The brewery can be found just a few steps from Prague Castle, hidden in the pleasant historical grounds of Strahov Monastery. Since 2000, we have been brewing Sv. Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.

We have been operating the brewery since 2014.We brew Muflon beer: Muflon 11° pale lager, 12° cold hopped pale lager, 13° Red ALE, 14° New England IPA, 14° Amore Mio IPA, MUFLON NO LIMITS edition.
