Since 2011, we started brewing beer in the Břevnov monastery again. We brew up to 40 different beers a year, a total of 4,000 hl. We brew from classic lagers to ALE beers, sour beers to wood-aged beers. Our beers are tapped in the Monastery Granary and we offer an interesting tour.

We run a brewery. We focus mainly on teaching students with a study focus on brewing and malting. Possibility of courses for the public.

We offer a daily menu, hot meals and draft beer including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We cater for corporate and private events, weddings and graduations. We have a large outdoor garden and a music room with live music and entertainment.

The brewery can be found just a few steps from Prague Castle, hidden in the pleasant historical grounds of Strahov Monastery. Since 2000, we have been brewing Sv. Norbert beer here using quality ingredients and recipes. We regularly organize various cultural events. We offer the possibility of brewery tours and tastings.

There is no brewery operation here, just a corporate headquarters and offices.

We are a modern microbrewery with a restaurant. We brew mainly top-fermented specials, but you will surely find good lagers here as well. The restaurant has a capacity of 120 people and we serve very good Czech cuisine with beer.
