Our family brewery was founded in 2022. It is located in the picturesque region of Brda on the border with the protected landscape area and military area under the Koníček hill. We are a family brewery. After the experience of home brewing beer we have moved on. We brew unfiltered and unpasteurized bottom-fermented beer.

Švabín Brewery revives the tradition of brewing beer in our village. In the historic vaults, honest lagers, wild NEIPs and fruity sours are made from local ingredients. New weekend stand - come for fresh beer under the open sky.

The restored brewery continues the tradition of Czech brewing recorded since 1567. The unique copper brewhouse with direct wood heating and an experienced brewer gives rise to the first-class lager Pazdrát, which is the flagship of the brewery, and various types of beer specials. You can come to the brewery to enjoy a pint of our craft beer and the traditional Czech cuisine we lovingly prepare for you.
