We advocate, promote and fulfill the interests and needs of persons with disabilities in cooperation with state and local governments. We are the main advisory body of the Government Committee for Disabled Citizens, a member of several international organizations.

Providing help, support and specialist advice to deaf people. We arrange and organise cultural, social and sporting events.

We are dedicated to protecting and advocating for the needs, rights and interests of all the hearing impaired in the country. We offer interpreting services for the hearing impaired, sign language courses for the public, a counseling center for the hearing impaired, social and legal counseling, assistance in dealing with the authorities, room rental.

We run a counselling centre for mental health and illness. We provide contact for clients who leave care, discontinue treatment and find it difficult to communicate with professionals. We offer social counselling, counselling based on our own experience of illness, debt counselling on an outpatient and outreach basis.

Development of sports and cultural activities, especially for disabled citizens. Organisation of sporting events and enterprises. Archery, table tennis, cycling.
