We run a counselling centre for mental health and illness. We provide contact for clients who leave care, discontinue treatment and find it difficult to communicate with professionals. We offer social counselling, counselling based on our own experience of illness and debt counselling outreach.

Operation of hipporehabilitation and pararescue. Hiporehabilitation is operated twice a week, based on the recommendation of a specialist doctor and there is always a physiotherapist present to supervise the patients. We are committed to advocating, promoting and fulfilling the interests and needs of people with disabilities in cooperation with state and local government authorities. We are the main advisory body to the Government Committee for Disabled Citizens, a member of several international organizations.

Activities of a civic association supporting wheelchair users after spinal cord injury.

A public benefit society founded by Zdeněk Svěrák and the Svaz Svaz paraplegiků civic association. Since 1994 it has been helping people in wheelchairs after spinal cord injury and their families to cope with difficult life situation. The main service is residential social rehabilitation.

Our mission is to enable people with disabilities to enjoy their leisure time to the full in the way they choose. Our events are generally divided into weekend events for younger (up to 15 years) and older people, and we also organise one-day events for all ages.
