We offer social and health services for the elderly, disabled, homeless, immigrants and children and whole families from socially excluded communities and at risk environments. We provide our services throughout the country and also help in Asia, Africa, Europe and America. We organise a Tříkrál collection.

Offering help to people with multiple sclerosis in the form of medical rehabilitation and social counselling. Providing members' meetings and convalescent stays.

Providing services to people with severe physical disabilities. We focus on information systems, leisure and educational activities and mapping and removing architectural barriers. We organize a special wheelchair route of the Prague - Prčice March and organize the national sports event Hvězda.

Providing psychological, diagnostic and social services to people with autism and their families. Organizing training courses or supervision. Operation of sheltered housing. Organisation of summer camps, leisure activities such as swimming, exercise, music therapy, athletics or ceramics.

Our activities include organizing workshops, seminars on issues concerning persons with disabilities and persons caring for a disabled family member, assisting persons caring for a disabled family member, counseling, assisting persons with disabilities with returning to a full life.

Our mission is to enable people with disabilities to enjoy their leisure time to the full in the way they choose. Our events are generally divided into weekend events for younger (up to 15 years) and older people, and we also organise one-day events for all ages.
