Right at the entrance, you will be greeted by our own production of fresh pasta, from which chef Tomáš Mykytyn creates seasonal specialties based on regional Italian recipes. The lively restaurant is complemented by a separate wine cellar with a unique collection of Italian wines. The people behind Pasta Fresca are from Ambiente.

We run a café. We offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate, lemonade and vegan cakes.

We are your ally in choosing the best coffee from the rainforest. We work with the Honduran farm Finca Jerusalén, where our love of coffee beans originates, and which will accompany us to your cups. We import the harvest from the Finca Jerusalén forest farm each year directly for you.
