This bistro is not the classic Asian bistro you probably know from Czech cities. But it is not a Vietnamese restaurant either. We base our menu on honest and 100% homemade Vietnamese cuisine, which is full of fresh ingredients, fruits, vegetables and herbs.

Our steak bar offers dishes that are prepared with seasonal ingredients. As an addition to our menu, we also offer a permanent sushi menu. During the week we prepare a lunch menu and on weekends you can always look forward to our special offer.

We operate a non-smoking bistro with home cooking. We offer breakfast, brunch, lunch, smokehouse specialties or lunch delivery to companies and individuals, wedding receptions, banquets and balls. You can take advantage of the opportunity to sit directly in our bistro, where we offer up to 30 seats, or in our summer garden - 20 seats.

Operation of an Italian restaurant with a children's corner. Offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Italian wines, pasta, meats, homemade desserts and hot or cold dishes. In addition to original ingredients imported directly from Italy, we also rely on healthy and light meals in meat- or gluten-free options.

Operation of fast food. We offer draught lemonade, langos, sausages, sweets, pizza, toast, chips and other fast food products. We have beer on tap at Svijany 11. We accept credit card payments. From 1.4.2026 new toilets are open for you during the operation of the snack bar thanks to the city of Letohrad.
