I offer preparation of building passport, simplified building documentation, project documentation of the existing condition in the Ústí nad Labem region. The price of the building passport is individual and depends on the size and complexity of the building.

We offer building surveying and building passporting. If you have purchased a house or apartment without construction documentation, we will prepare it for you. We offer the creation of project documentation, energy performance certificate, digitalization of drawings (redrawing), surveying for the Declaration of Owner.

We specialize in static securing of civil and transport construction, including special anchoring and foundation of buildings with the micropile system. We offer building technical survey, passport, complete structural assessment of the building. Among other things, we also focus on drilled wells.
