We have been here for you for 25 years and have designed over 40,000 homes in that time. We offer more than 500 design solutions for bungalows, multi-storey houses, timber houses and passive houses. We will modify each project to meet your requirements or prepare a completely individual solution.

We will prepare a Building Renovation Passport and help you obtain grants from the NZU, NZU Light and Repair Your Grandmother's House programs. As part of EKIS we provide free initial energy and subsidy advice, as well as PENB, project documentation and full application. We operate in Liberec and the surrounding area.

Passporting of buildings. I will prepare a Passport of your building. In the building passport you will find important and up-to-date information about the building, including its technical description and various drawings (floor plans, sections and views).

Construction activities from the ground up: foundations, rough construction, plasterboards, plasters, facades, tiles, roofs, electrical, water, heating, projects, construction supervision of the investor, and so on.

I prepare project documentation for new buildings, reconstructions and changes to buildings, including demolitions and legalizations. I provide building permits, communication with authorities and coordination of professions. I take care of the smooth running of the project from design to approval.

Energy Performance Certificates (PENB), subsidy consultancy (Repair Grandma's House, NZÚ Light), energy assessments and evaluations, heat loss calculations, thermal and humidity diagnostics of buildings, thermal camera measurements.
