We will prepare a Building Renovation Passport and help you obtain grants from the NZU, NZU Light and Repair Your Grandmother's House programs. Passporting of buildings. I will prepare a Passport of your building. In the building passport you will find important and up-to-date information about the building, including its technical description and various drawings (floor plans, sections and views).

I prepare project documentation for new buildings, reconstructions and changes to buildings, including demolitions and legalizations. I provide building permits, communication with authorities and coordination of professions. I take care of the smooth running of the project from design to approval.
