We are engaged in metal fabrication - chip machining and pressing of parts, mostly cold. The production program consists in custom manufacturing and in the production of joinery clamps, made from both strip steel and steel castings, in several designs and sizes up to 3m in length.

We deal with CNC machining (turning, milling, drilling) as well as conventional machining (turning, milling, drilling and grinding). We manufacture gears and shafts. We also manufacture drilling tools for drilling rigs (IGHG). Series and piece production.

The activities of our company are focused on services in the field of metal production and energy industry. We provide CNC laser burning, sheet metal punching by CNC machine, bending by CNC bending press, shape burning by NC burning machine, welding or blasting of parts. We perform material cutting with NC band saws.

EZRATEC is the independent technical management of steel projects. We do not offer our own production, but we design the structures and coordinate their production and installation with proven suppliers. We keep control of the technique, deadlines and the continuity of professions so that the construction works in real operation, not just on paper.
