We provide project documentation for zoning decisions, building permits and applications for subsidies. We offer building supervision, insulation of facades and balconies.

We have been building passive and low-energy houses for 14 years. In 2011 we built one of the first passive houses in the Zlín region. We build passive and low-energy houses according to the investor's projects, as well as our individual projects. We also offer a number of our standard houses, which we realize all over the country.
