The neurological outpatient clinic and the sleep clinic are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep and wakefulness disorders, with the main focus on obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA). OSA is manifested by breathing stoppages (apnoeas) during sleep, which are terminated by a loud sound, snoring.
