We run judo clubs in schools and a judo section for children and adults. Judo is not only an Olympic sport with a tradition, but also an educational system recommended by UNESCO as a suitable sport for children. We teach children gymnastics, falls, throws and holds. We fight in the stance and on the ground. We play grappling games.

Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial art that holds great power. However, to penetrate and master the fighting techniques of Shaolin kung fu requires a strong will, building good physical fitness and awareness of one's life path. I will be happy to accompany you on this journey and pass on important techniques and methods.

Our goal is to provide proper and mainly comprehensive sports education of children and youth, but also top athletes at amateur or professional level with a focus on combat and combat sports (MMA, BJJ, BOX, THAJSKY BOX, GRAPPLING, WRESTLING, JUDO).

Our centre was established in 2011 to offer traditional karate training to children and adults. Our training sessions are specifically targeted and divided into age groups according to developmental stages with a focus on motor development, concentration and discipline.

Basic aikido course for men and women from 17 years old. Classes for children and young people in the age categories 5-7, 8-10, 10-12 and 13-16. Joy, movement, art, all-round development, balance in the hustle and bustle of the big city, constructive conflict resolution, recharging... all this and much more is aikido.

Our training center is a modern martial arts and sports center. We teach Kickboxing, Self-defense Jiu-Jitsu, Thaiboxing, BJJ, Grappling and MMA. The training is designed for children from 4 years old and adults in a fitness or competitive way. Initial training is free and recruitment takes place throughout the year.

Teaching ancient Russian martial art Systema in the Czech Republic, includes all techniques of fighting, such as punches, kicks, working with weapons (knife, stick, whip), fighting on the ground, defense against one or several opponents. We conduct courses and seminars for adult men, women and youth.
