Shaolin Kung Fu is a martial art that holds great power. However, to penetrate and master the fighting techniques of Shaolin kung fu requires a strong will, building good physical fitness and awareness of one's life path. I organize martial arts courses Kodokan Judo focusing on children, students and adults. I offer self-defense courses. We strive to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength. Children and adults will learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and falling technique.

We focus primarily on teaching Mixed Martial Arts, other combat sports, fitness training and long-term physical stability. The Gym was founded in 1998. Since that year it has provided consistent and elite level coaching for all of its members.
