I organize martial arts courses Kodokan Judo focusing on children, students and adults. I offer self-defense courses. We strive to develop all-round mobility, increase physical and mental strength. Children and adults will learn the basics of gymnastics and acrobatics, basic movement skills and falling technique.

Our training sessions are specifically targeted and divided into age groups according to developmental stages with a focus on motor development, concentration and discipline.
