We specialise in the design of adventure attractions, family parks, leisure zones, ski centres and community playgrounds. Every site and every brief deserves its own unique solution, which is why we design and engineer bespoke developments.

We are an architectural studio founded by Jan Sedláček and Václav Navrátil. We work in a team of experienced architects and cooperate with a number of specialized firms. We deal with all areas of architecture. We process all stages of project documentation.

Atelier of garden and landscape architecture.

We provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services from study to implementation, including the procurement of zoning permits, building permits, detailed design and supervision during construction. We are based in Brno and Zlín, but we operate throughout the Czech Republic.
