We are an architectural studio founded by Jan Sedláček and Václav Navrátil. We work in a team of experienced architects and cooperate with a number of specialized firms. We deal with all areas of architecture. We process all stages of project documentation.

We provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services from study to implementation, including the procurement of zoning permits, building permits, detailed design and supervision during construction. We are based in Brno and Zlín, but we operate throughout the Czech Republic.

We specialise in the design of adventure attractions, family parks, leisure zones, ski centres and community playgrounds. Every site and every brief deserves its own unique solution, which is why we design and engineer bespoke developments.

We offer architectural and urban studies including interior design. We provide complete design and implementation of civil engineering works. According to the requirements, we are able to provide all stages of project documentation, including designs and studies, author's supervision during construction and others.

Offering residential and commercial design, renovation of buildings including historic buildings, garden design and implementation and landscape design. We provide surveys and passporting of buildings and green spaces, search for suitable sites. We provide garden consultancy.

We are a specialized architectural studio for wooden buildings. We also design interiors for our buildings. For more complex assignments, we approach interior architects for cooperation and an interior studio for implementation. We are available from the design to the completion of the realization of your wooden building.

We offer a wide range of architect's activities according to the performance standards of the Czech Chamber of Architects, ranging from pre-design preparation to cooperation during construction completion.

The association has been educating in architecture since 2001. It organizes a year-round series of lectures with international and local architects, as well as the national festival Architecture Day and the film festival Film and Architecture.

We are an architectural office. We offer collaboration from study to implementation on projects of all sizes. We handle complete project documentation, including securing building permits.
