We use 100% sourdough to bake real bagels, wholemeal breads, biscuits, loaves and babka. We also offer unique sandwiches, catering, spreads and coffee.

We founded the project in 2018 with the desire to become a fun alternative for customers who enjoy fine dining and perfect service, but have grown tired of the snobbish environment.

We are two sisters with a passion for food who have spent a lot of time around the foodservice industry. We started a wedding and event agency where we create things that we enjoy for our surroundings. The school sells apprentice confectionery and cold cuts to the public. It also prepares various banquets to order. Desserts, cakes and confectionery are available.

I offer cake making, mini cakes, desserts and catering.
