We are an original confectionery production in the centre of Olomouc. We produce our own desserts. We enjoy modern confectionery. We use traditional, honest ingredients (you will not find any substitutes or powdered mixes here).

Production and sale of confectionery and bakery products.

We are engaged in the manufacture and sale of confectionery products. We bake wedding, children's and birthday cakes or desserts including scarves, slices, tiramisu, sponge cakes, rolls, pinwheels, Indians and bars. We also offer frgals, soft and long-life pastries.

We are a modern coffee bistro with excellent Italian coffee, our own production of desserts and cakes, fresh breakfasts and snacks. We pride ourselves on quality and fast service, friendly communication, pleasant and clean environment and nice presentation. We are a team of skilled baristas who enjoy making coffee.

Offer of cream ice creams, rolls, cakes, rubbed products, fine pastries and puff pastry products. The range includes spelt pastries, buckwheat bread, greaves, Christmas cakes and more.

We combine traditional recipes with innovation. We have been baking for you since 1953, offering traditional pastries, organic and farm products and gluten-free products. Thanks to Cool Rising technology, our baked goods retain all their enzymes and you can get them fresh and warm all day long at every store.

We operate a café and a confectionery. We offer desserts and homemade cakes from our family-run pastry shop, fresh deli meats, salads, paninis, sundaes, sandwiches, drinks, sodas and ciders in a variety of variations. We provide cheese, salami and salmon bowls including schnitzels by order.
