We provide replacement and removal of steel balconies for concrete loggias, balcony and loggia renovations, balcony replacement projects, loggia extensions. We install loggias on brick and prefabricated houses and in places where originally there was no loggia or balcony. We carry out construction throughout the Czech Republic, but also in Slovakia.

The company deals with revitalization of prefabricated houses, construction and reconstruction of loggias and balconies and roof repairs. We carry out projects for condominiums, housing cooperatives of the municipality or city. Our goal is to extend the life of buildings, reduce operating costs and increase the comfort of living.
