The first are the so-called "turnkey houses", then houses to be completed, closed rough construction, rough construction and foundation slabs. We offer home construction financing, standard house designs and other services.

We operate in Prague, Central Bohemia, Liberec and Ústí nad Labem regions.

Our main activity is the construction of low-energy and passive houses in brick and timber construction. We also carry out landscaping, including the solution of utility connections. We can also offer the implementation of our standard wooden buildings and individual projects.
