Originally a family-owned company founded 14 years ago, it has always focused on the construction and reconstruction of houses and apartment buildings. The company is a large residential builder. In more than 30 years of operation, it has sold 20,000 new apartments, houses and plots in 200 successful residential projects. It currently owns around 1.5 million m² of land and brownfield sites for development, on which it plans almost 40,000 new apartments.
