A healthy and active lifestyle certainly produces higher employee satisfaction and quality of life. If employees have the right exercise and diet stereotypes, they are more likely to have higher performance and in turn lower sickness, stress and fatigue than employees with health limitations.

Accredited Nordic Walking instructor (certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science). I organize group Nordic Walking courses and individual lessons. I also conduct Nordic Walking lessons and courses in English. I organize hikes, corporate workshops of fitness walking and exercises, optionally in conjunction with mindfulness.
