Accredited Nordic Walking instructor (certificate of the Ministry of Education and Science). I organize group Nordic Walking courses and individual lessons. I also conduct Nordic Walking lessons and courses in English. I organize hikes, corporate workshops of fitness walking and exercises, optionally in conjunction with mindfulness.

I offer courses to improve health according to Chinese qi kung exercises. You can find free classes on my website.

We practice Tai Chi Qigong using the yin yang method. Qigong, shaolin, kung fu, gunshu, yi jin jing. Fascial and meridian qigong. Healthy breathing according to the Buteyko method.
