Operation of a recreational sports club, tennis, volleyball and skiing for children and adults interested in healthy active life. We focus on health exercises conducive to good posture and good exercise habits. We prepare exercises based on different types of recreational sports.

Studio offering yoga classes, rehabilitation, physiotherapy, strength and cardio training, all in group and individual sessions. There are two fully equipped rooms, plenty of equipment and cosy facilities. Special events at the weekend, around 35 group classes during the week from professional trainers.

We organize competitive aerobics training for children, youth and adults, we participate in various performances and competitions in sports aerobics and fitness teams. We have a range of classes for children aged 4 to 16. Aerobics, dance and all-sports. We also have a great range of indoor classes for adults.

Operation of a fitness centre offering personal trainer services. Providing advice on healthy eating and the possibility of setting up training plans. Offering a variety of indoor classes.

We are dedicated to promoting and facilitating the development of physical education and sport for the general public. We operate a gym and a fitness room. There is also a clubhouse equipped with audiovisual equipment or clipchart for seminars, conferences and training sessions.

Individual and group training under the guidance of a physiotherapist. At the Base we provide strength, functional and conditioning training for all age groups, advanced and beginners.

A community of lecturers and Pilates movement specialists to address back, spine and joint pain based on international physiotherapy concepts, Pilates and the 3D functional musculoskeletal anatomy system. We work with athletes as well as the general client population including medical limitations.

TJ has a gym and several halls (yoga, all-round, exercise for parents and children, pupils, women). There is also a building with a four-lane bowling alley, which is also used by visually impaired players. There is also an asphalt playground with goals, originally for handball, tennis and beach volleyball courts.

We run a healthy functional movement studio, mainly focusing on Pilates classes and exercise on Allegro Reformers Pilates machines. We also offer SMsystem, TRX, health exercises. We organise various sporting events, workshops, seaside and weekend retreats with exercise.
