There are two fully equipped rooms, plenty of equipment and cosy facilities. Special events at the weekend, around 35 group classes during the week from professional trainers.

We run a healthy functional movement studio, mainly focusing on Pilates classes and exercise on Allegro Reformers Pilates machines. We also offer SMsystem, TRX, health exercises. We organise various sporting events, workshops, seaside and weekend retreats with exercise.

We offer dance, aerobics and all-sports clubs for children from 4 years old to adults. We prepare top competitors in sports aerobics. We organize suburban camps and residential camps. Free café with children's corner, wheelchair access.
