We provide sports activities and events for exercisers of all ages. We offer aerobics, zumba, athletics, volleyball for girls, capoiera, exercise for children from 2 years old and health exercises for women.

We operate a fitness center offering Zumba, bossa, power yoga, H.E.A.T. program and realRyder classes. We focus on gravity system and fitbox. We provide the possibility of consultation with nutritionists or masseurs. We organize sporting events and sell gift certificates.

Rehabilitation, education and training center. We are a reference site for Redcord, the importer of rehabilitation equipment.

Operation of the movement area.

My private practice reflects my international experience and evidence-based recommendations. The client takes an active role in their health and together we decide on treatment approaches. Most often I combine manual approaches and an active form of physiotherapy- exercise with an emphasis on client independence.

We practice Tai Chi Qigong using the yin yang method. Qigong, shaolin, kung fu, gunshu, yi jin jing. Fascial and meridian qigong. Healthy breathing according to the Buteyko method.
